For all offered products, there is a published picture and a basic description of the product on the website. In the shortest period of time, we deliver the product to you via courier.
Products are ordered by selecting, using the “basket” menu and filling out an electronic form. An item that is out of stock will not be able to be ordered. In the event that the ordered item is not in stock, you will be contacted as soon as possible and we will deliver a replacement item in agreement with you. Your current order is displayed on the “My Account” page. On that page, detailed information about the item, quantity and price is displayed. All the items you have decided to buy are on the page under the name “basket”.

- Complaints
The image that illustrates the product on the Internet page does not have to correspond to the actual appearance of the product, so the customer cannot advertise this segment. In case of damage to the product during delivery, wrongly sent product or wrongly sent product that is not within the expiration date, the customer is obliged to advertise the product within 3 (letters: three) working days. After receiving the complaint, the customer can return the advertised product by post at the expense of Sara farm – Online shop, and when returning it, he will receive a new replacement correct product without any additional charge. In the case of the above, the customer has no right to request a refund, but only a replacement product if it is available. Only in the event that there is no identical replacement product on the balance of the Online Shop, Barasa wood – Online Shop will return the money paid to the customer.
Barasa wood – Online shop is not responsible for possible damage to the product during handling during transport and delivery by authorized persons in the domain of transport and delivery (business partners authorized for transport and delivery), but in such cases will provide and deliver a new replacement to the customer product without additional charge only if the business partner authorized for transport and delivery informs the pharmacy in writing that the product has been damaged during handling during transport and delivery by the authorized persons of transport and delivery and which has been recorded in the minutes by the authorized persons of transport and delivery and customer.
