Products are ordered by selecting, using the “basket” menu and filling out an electronic form. An item that is out of stock will not be able to be ordered. In the event that the ordered item is not in stock, you will be contacted as soon as possible and we will deliver a replacement item in agreement with you. Your current order is displayed on the “My Account” page. On that page, detailed information about the item, quantity and price is displayed. All the items you have decided to buy are on the page under the name “basket”.

8. Complaints

The image that illustrates the product on the Internet page does not have to correspond to the actual appearance of the product, so the customer cannot advertise this segment. In case of damage to the product during delivery, wrongly sent product or wrongly sent product that is not within the expiration date, the customer is obliged to advertise the product within 3 (letters: three) working days. In the case of the above, the customer has no right to request a refund, but only a replacement product if it is available.
